Based in North Las Vegas, Eightcig.com is rapidly growing to dominate the vapor and e-cigarette industry. We need talented, passionate people working together to make this happen. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best product and customer experience.

We are seeking Sales Representatives to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Base pay plus uncapped commission. Potentially earn from $36,000-$80,000 total comp and up in your first year.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Aiming to gain new customer, looking for vape shop or wholesale distribution center by searching, cold calling, emailing, visiting and/or other approachable method.

2. Maintaining current customers account to increase the sales revenue, by providing professional customer services in a timely manner, to serve customers till order completed, i.e., price adjustment, update shipping information, follow up if customer received all products, assist with returns if applicable.

3. To win back inactive in-house accounts that assigned by sales manager.

4. To increase guest satisfaction by multiple ways: To be honest; To keep customer update for their order status; To send new arrival products info to customer; To help to track customer’s inventory to push sales.

5. To complete the sales goals set forth by sales manager.

6. Must be submitting supporting documents when claiming new customer accounts.

Requirements:

a. Customer Services Skills: multi-tasking, able to talk to customer while operating the computer. Customer First Rule, to provide efficiency services with accurate information.

b. Negotiation/Sales Skills: Stand on the best interest of the Company, to ensure we have profit from sales activities.

c. Work Ethic: Attendance, Attitude, Integrity, Communication, Cooperation, Productivity, Respect, Responsibility

d. Strong Cold Calling Skills.

e. Vape or e-cigarette experience strongly preferred.

f. Familiarity with BigCommerce/Salesforce platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
